Welcome to Arlington Creek Apartments located in our newer, quaint City of Antelope. We offer spacious 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartment homes. Our floor plans include: Open bar kitchen & dining room areas that are fully equipped with all appliances, abundant cabinets, counter spaces and food pantry closets, over-sized bathrooms with linen closets, spacious bedrooms with walk in closets that are cable/telephone ready, individual hot water heaters, patio or balcony areas with separate washers/dryers or hookups, storage space, up to three floors of open living space with beautiful landscaping. We also have a free, rent-able Clubhouse for our residents. The Clubhouse comes with a Business Center, Fitness Room and Laundry Facilities. Just outside our Clubhouse is a sparkling Pool for our advanced swimmers and a Wading Pool for our beginning swimmers.

We offer Affordable housing as well as market rate rentals. Please contact our friendly staff with any questions you may have.

Our no cost, professional, onsite resident services are offered to you, our new resident! Please join us on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday for:

Resident Services Coordination:
Services are provided every Tuesday from 10am-2pm. This service includes: Employment services & computer training. Also provided are resources for Rent, Utilities, Food Closets and Crises information.

Kids Club
Services are provided every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 3:30pm-5:30pm. This service includes: Arts & Crafts, Movie Functions, Birthday Club, Homework Assistance, Sports Activities & Holiday Events. That is just to name a few, there are many more activities.
